We loved our very positive stay and did not want to leave. The VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE staff gave good recommendations. The room was decently priced. The bathroom was modern, beds were lovely. Snacks in the reception, convenient.

Everything was perfect, exceptionally clean hotel, ideal location away from the train station. The room was bright and it was light. The breakfast had lots of food and it was tasty. I had a very lovely experience.

I liked my stay, great value. Personable staff, quaint hotel, well furnished room. Excellent view of garden. Plentiful continental breakfast - different cereal, eggs and bacon. Reception had snacks. Impeccable location, 15 minutes' walk to a wide canal.

Facilities were brand-new, yet Wi-Fi connection was slow.

The staff was friendly and we really loved continental buffet breakfast. Cannaregio district deserves to be explored. Visited few places in the centre, relatively close to the hotel...

500 feet away from the hotel there is Pasticceria dal Mas, which is a good dining choice. Location short way from everything we needed, like ponte degli scalzi.
